TEI Program and Construction Management, Inc. is a professional service organization, staffed with individuals who have a multitude of diverse skills in all phases of construction programming and management. Organized in 1996 with only 3 employees, today TEI employs over 30 full time employees. All of our senior employees are professional engineers, executives, and managers who possess the skill sets to deliver a quality project. TEI's core management team's experience exceeds 150 years of expertise in combined construction and construction management, including public and private projects.
This experience is not only rich in its depth but also reflects a variety of history in many facets of construction and construction management, with a heavy emphasis in engineering services. Mr. L.G. Fuller, President and CEO, served as Senior Vice President for one of the leading transit organizations in the country for 25 years. During this critical period Mr. Fuller oversaw the design and construction of the Maintenance/Operations facilities, Transit Centers, and the first 20-miles of the $850 million Light Rail Transit System.
Based on our experience in construction and construction management, TEI understands the importance in adhering to schedules, government regulations, quality of work, cost controls, public policy and most important the concern for taxpayers' money.
As a multi-faceted organization, TEI is divided into several functional groups, which includes: Construction Management, Program Management, Facilities Management, Engineering Management, and Commissioning.
Within each of the above areas, TEI provides comprehensive services, including leading and/or support services, during the pre-construction construction and post occupancy. The firm's principal areas of expertise includes: transit organizations and facilities, infrastructure, aviation, healthcare, commercial and educational facilities, municipal and industrial facilities.
