TEI Construction & Engineering, Inc. is a professional minority-owned organization, staffed with individuals who have a multitude of diverse skills in all phases of construction and design. Organized in 1996 with only 3 employees, today TEI employs over 30 full time employees. All of our senior employees are executives, managers and professionals who know how to put together a quality project and perhaps more importantly, they know how to make it work efficiently and cost effectively. TEI's company experience, combined with our employee's individual experience exceeds 150 years of expertise in construction, construction management and design, which includes public and private projects.

This experience is rich in its depth and reflects a variety of expertise in many facets of construction with a heavy emphasis on quality. Mr. L.G. Fuller, President and CEO, served as Senior Vice President at the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) for 25 years. During this critical period DART designed and constructed maintenance/operations facilities, customer amenities and the first 20-miles of the $850 million Light Rail Transit System.

Based on our experience, we understand the importance in adhering to schedules, government regulations, cost controls, public policy and most important the concern for tax payers' money.

As a multi-faceted organization, TEI is divided into several functional groups, which include: Program Management, Construction Management, Design and General Contracting.
